BLK Hospital New Delhi

In 1930 , at Lahore Dr. B.L. Kapur an distinguished Obstertrician and Gynaecologist set up a Charitable Hospital. He moved to post-separation India and set up a Maternity Hospital at Ludhiana in 1947. In 1956 on the request of the Prime Minister, Dr. B L Kapur initiated the project for set up a 200 bed hospital in Delhi.On 2nd January , 1959 the hospital was inaugurate by the Prime Minister, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru. In the category of tertiary care , BLK Super Speciality Hospital is one of the India’s largest private sector hospital.
