However, there is a major drawback, which is fraud and discrepancy during the time of payment. Patients would receive bills for amounts way more than what would have been originally expecting.

My father in law had knee surgery at this hospital few years ago. He needed blood transfusion due to blood loss. He has new Hepatitis C positive. He was negative in preoperative labs done before knee surgery. We had to literally fight with the doctor for him to get blood due to severe anemia and heart disease case as well. After pulling and pushing for the medical doctors to see him, he was finally seen and advised blood. But they took 4 units from the relatives as replacement for two units they gave to my FIL, and that too not properly checked for infections. I would not send my dog to this five star expensive place. It's only for money, no caring.

I believe Medanta is fully capable of providing all latest medical treatments under one roof.Today my father had Angiography done by Dr Naresh Trehan and I am very thankful to you Sir.It all went well,reports are normal (no angioplasty required) and we are happy to find one of the best Cardiologist after so intense research.. Everything from his admission to discharge went extremely well. My only gentle query is if you are providing 256 Slice CT coronary angiography in your hospital then why did you use the traditional invasive method?And if it is recommended for patients aged 55 plus then still I am wondering if the patient have right to take the call?What if the patient wants to go through non invasive process first i.e CT angiography and then get time to be mentally prepared for Angioplasty if the report says so! or if CT coronary angiography is only for young patients then it should be mentioned on your website.As after so much of intense research we saw that on your web and my parents visited Medanta as it was not available in Bihar. My parents are old and did whatever was recommended by respected doctors.Although it was well taken cared and everything was good but needless to tell this old method of angiography takes more recovery time than the advanced process.I am looking forward to get explanation . my email id is prernagenex@gmail.com Thanks

My father had liver transplant done by Dr.Soin in 2016. He did not had a happy life and had multiple complications post op. He went for regular check ups they were just postponing the treatment. He was admiited for more than a month, all the junior doctors who were trainees did not have a knowledge of the situation came to see and said everything is good. Dr. Soin did not bother to see despite of several requests. Dr.Saigal did not diagnose well. One day he had sever pain on the right side, they told that they shd have operated earlier and now its late and took my dad's life. Being a doctor, they are just worried about the money not the service. we spent more than 80 lakhs in the name of the hospital. Its not recommended now as it lost its charm. I hope they will offer best service to the inpatients rather than worrying about their international travel. Dr.Soin needs to be on site.

These people are not doctors but butchers.

Medanta hospital was very good at taking care of my medical needs, there was no form of delay and restrictions. I was treated according to doctor ‘s care. मेदान्ता हास्पीटल में मरीजों को सर्वप्रथम लूटते हैं और उसके बाद मरने के लिए छोड़ दिया जाता है हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस पॉलिसी होने के बाद भी उसका लाभ भी नहीं दिया जाता है डाक्टर अनिल भान हृदय रोग विशेषज्ञ तो अपने को भगवान ही मानते हैं इसी गफलत में उन्होंने मेरे बङे भाई को उपचार के दौरान मार डाला यहाँ तक कि डाक्टर त्रेहान की मेसेज करने के बाद भी कोई सुनने वाला भगवान नहीं मिला। अन्ततः हँसते हुये एडमिट होने के बाद मेंरे परिवार को 7दिन बाद मरा हुआ भाई मिला। अत्यंत गैरजिम्मेदार हास्पीटल
